JOB DESCRIPTION:
1. General Information
Position: Intern (Marketing, Sales, Technology, and Support)
Supervision: Jonathan Carabajal (Technology and Sales) and Marketing Mentor
Duration: 3, 6, or 12 months
Modality: Remote
Weekly Hours: Minimum 20 flexible hours
2. Job Objective
The internship program at Jeturing is designed to provide a comprehensive experience in the areas of marketing, sales, technology, and technical support. Through a structured rotation, interns will actively participate in key projects, learn about Jeturing solutions (Sajet ERP and Sajet-Pay), and develop essential skills for the professional field.
3. Rotation Areas and Responsibilities
🔹 Digital Marketing and Brand Strategy
Creation of content for social media, blog, and email marketing campaigns.
Management of digital advertising (Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Meta Ads).
Metrics analysis and optimization of digital strategies.
Support in the automation of campaigns with CRM.
🔹 Sales and Business Development
Prospecting and management of potential clients.
Tracking leads in CRM and support in commercial negotiations.
Presentation of Jeturing products and services.
Participation in conversion and loyalty strategies.
🔹 Technical Support and Technology
Introduction to the administration and configuration of Sajet ERP and Sajet-Pay.
Resolution of basic incidents and assistance to users.
Documentation of processes and improvements in IT management.
Exploration of cybersecurity and automation tools.
🔹 Project and Operations Management
Collaboration in strategic planning and management of internal projects.
Documentation of procedures and optimization of workflows.
Support in the organization of events and participation in business initiatives.
4. Requirements
✅ Student in the last years or recent graduate of careers such as Marketing, Administration, Systems Engineering, Computer Security, Business or related areas. ✅ Ability to self-manage, learn quickly and work as a team. ✅ Basic skills in digital tools such as Google Workspace, CRM, marketing automation and data analysis. ✅ Basic/intermediate level of English (desirable).
