    Sales Setter

    Commission: 10% for each closed sale from your scheduled appointments.

    At Jeturing and Sajet, we help small and medium-sized businesses in Latin America and the Hispanic market in the USA protect their most valuable asset: their information. We offer comprehensive cybersecurity solutions (Audits, Segrd, SOC/vCISO) and operational management through our ERP/CRM Sajet.

    The Role: Sales Setter

    We are looking for a disciplined person with excellent communication skills and organizational ability to be the first point of contact with our prospects. Your goal is not to close the sale but to identify the customer's pain, qualify them, and schedule a meeting with our Closer.

    Responsibilities

    •Contact leads from various sources (LinkedIn, databases, referrals, inbound).

    •Make between 60 and 100 daily contacts to generate real conversations.

    •Qualify prospects under the BANT criteria (Budget, Authority, Need, and Timing).

    •Schedule demonstration meetings on the Closer's calendar, ensuring the lead is well-profiled.

    •Follow up with "no-shows" to reschedule appointments.

    •Keep the CRM (Sajet) updated with all relevant prospect information.

    Desired Profile

    •Previous experience in prospecting or sales (preferably in SaaS, technology, or B2B services).

    •Excellent writing and verbal fluency in Spanish.

    •Ability to understand basic concepts of cybersecurity and business management (ERP).

    •Discipline to work towards objectives in a 100% remote environment.

    •Proficiency in digital tools: CRM, WhatsApp Business, Meet.
