1. Controller

2. Data we collect

Contact and order data (name, company, email, phone, country, industry) when you book a demo or purchase a plan; billing data needed to process payment; and technical browsing data (pages visited, device, campaign identifiers) through cookies and analytics tools.

Card data is processed directly by our payment processor (SajetPay); Jeturing neither receives nor stores it.

3. How we use it

To manage your order and provision the service, bill and provide support, communicate with you about your account, and — with your consent where the law requires it — send you commercial information about Jeturing. We also use aggregated data to improve the site and the platform.

4. Retention

We keep data for the duration of the business relationship and for the periods required by applicable accounting and legal obligations. Data of prospects who do not purchase is periodically deleted or anonymized.

5. Who we share data with

We share data only with processors that provide services to us: the payment processor, infrastructure and email providers, and web analytics tools. We do not sell your personal data. We may disclose information when required by law or a competent authority.

6. Cookies and analytics

We use technical and analytics cookies (for example, Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager) to understand site usage. You can block cookies in your browser; the site's essential functions will keep working.

7. Security

We apply reasonable technical and organizational measures (encryption in transit, access control and logging) to protect your information. No system is infallible, but we work to minimize risks.

8. Your rights

You may request access, rectification, deletion and portability of your data, and object to its processing for marketing purposes, by writing to sales@jeturing.com. We will respond within the deadlines set by applicable law.

9. Data inside the platform

If you are a SAJET platform customer, the data of your own customers that you upload to your system is your responsibility as controller; Jeturing processes it only as a processor, following your instructions and our terms of service.

10. Minors

Our services are aimed at businesses and professionals; we do not knowingly collect data from minors.

11. Changes

We will publish any change on this page with its update date. If the change is material, we will also notify active customers by email.
