From the cybersecurity trenches to enterprise software.
I'm Jhonatan Carvajal, founder and chief executive of Jeturing Inc. My path into enterprise technology didn't start in a boardroom, but in the cybersecurity trenches: more than 15 years protecting critical infrastructure in sectors where a mistake isn't just costly, it's dangerous.
I was Chief Information Security Officer (CISO) at a banking-sector fintech, where I led the compliance roadmap under PCI-DSS and ISO 27001, strengthened business continuity and disaster recovery plans, and implemented role-based access control (RBAC) and identity governance. In the first year we reduced critical vulnerabilities by more than 60% — not with a one-off audit, but by building a security culture the team sustained after I left.
Before that, I led information security initiatives at the General Budget Directorate (DIGEPRES) of the Dominican Republic, developing data governance strategies for a State institution. I was part of national threat-hunting operations at the National Cybersecurity Center of the Dominican Republic (CSIRT-RD), coordinating end-to-end cybersecurity intelligence projects. I managed the Security Operations Center (SOC) at VIVA, one of the country's largest telecoms, and worked as a risk management consultant at KPMG Dominican Republic, advising the Central Bank directly on the design of its security frameworks. I also spent nearly eight years as a cybersecurity professor at ITLA, training the next generation in intrusion detection, malware analysis and network monitoring — because protecting critical infrastructure isn't just a technical skill, it's something you have to teach others to replicate.
Each of those roles taught me the same lesson from a different angle: security isn't a department, it's a way of building. That's the discipline I bring to Jeturing every day — not as a CISO who now writes software, but as someone who understands that every line of code, every integration, every infrastructure decision is a security decision, whether it's called that or not.
I hold a Master's in Business Administration with a focus on Entrepreneurship and Business Strategy (William Jewell College), an engineering degree in Information Technology and Administrative Management from Universidad Dominicana O&M, and certifications in agile project management and as a Certified Ethical Hacker (CEH). I speak Spanish and English at a professional level, because the problems we solve don't respect borders or languages.

Our flagship product is Sajet, a cloud billing and ERP platform designed specifically for the realities of small and medium businesses: invoicing that complies with local regulations, inventory control that doesn't require a dedicated team to maintain, and financial reports a business owner can read without an accountant beside them. We integrate tools like Gusto so payroll and HR management isn't another isolated system, but part of the same workflow.

Un nombre que representa visión
Jeturing nace de la unión entre la identidad de sus fundadores y uno de los nombres más importantes de la historia de la tecnología. Las primeras dos letras, JE, son las iniciales de los socios fundadores — porque toda gran empresa comienza con personas que deciden construir algo extraordinario.
La segunda parte, Turing, rinde homenaje a Alan Turing, el padre de la computación moderna y precursor de la inteligencia artificial. Su legado transformó para siempre la forma en que la humanidad entiende la tecnología.
Inspirados en esa visión, Jeturing nace con el propósito de desarrollar soluciones capaces de impulsar el futuro de las empresas: un nombre que une identidad, innovación y legado.

El símbolo de Jeturing no es una figura aleatoria. Está construido con 17 nodos interconectados, formando las letras J y E mientras representa una red de conexiones digitales. Cada nodo es una decisión, una innovación, un punto de conexión dentro del universo tecnológico.

El 17 es el corazón de la identidad de Jeturing. No aparece por casualidad — representa tres pilares:

La filosofía del logo
Los 17 nodos no solo representan años, servicios y experiencia — también evocan una red neuronal, donde cada nodo procesa información y cada conexión fortalece el sistema. Es la metáfora exacta de una empresa que integra desarrollo de software, inteligencia artificial, automatización y transformación digital.
El logotipo deja de ser solo las letras JE: se convierte en la representación visual de una inteligencia conectada, donde cada cliente, proyecto y solución forma parte de un ecosistema diseñado para evolucionar continuamente.
